I press CTRL+S ?

I don´t know what you mean. I save the project file, as project file and I store the completed project as videofile in a looseless codec (Lagarith).

Possibly inquiring on how to export it? If so, this explains things well: http://www.animemusicvideos.org/guides/ ... xport.html

I suggest reading the whole guide as well.

I have another question? So far I've done everything that the guide told me too. But once I have the audio and video seprated I don't know how to get them back together? I'm not really sure which program to use.

It's explained on this page: http://www.animemusicvideos.org/guides/ ... audio.html ("Attaching (Muxing) the MP3 to your Compressed Avi File") (I'm assuming right now you're using an Xvid encoded .avi. Correct me if I'm wrong)
