Post by guy07 » Sun Oct 29, 2006 3:14 am

1. how the fuck do u adjust the screen shot quality/size? mine always look like crap
2. is there any "reverse chroma" plug-in? like it erases all colors but the one you select?
If you u use vegas, feel free to post more questions and hopefully someone will answer ...maybe ...

1. If you mean the preview window:

2. Yes, there's a way to do this. Let's see if I can remember...
a. Video Effects > Color Corrector (Secondary)
b. Check "Invert Mask"
c. Click on the color selector and choose the color you want to keep from the preview window
d. Reduce the saturation level to zero
e. Play around with the sliders under "Limit Saturation", "Limit Hue", and "Limit Luminance" to get your clip looking the way you want
f. You can check "Show Mask" to see how much of the picture you're manipulating

It can be tricky to get it to look right, but that's how you do it.

thanx for the second one, but for the first one i mean the snap shot feature, when it takes a picture, not the preview window.

Change the preview window to the desired size and then take a snapshot.
