sony vegas pro 11 crashes constantly

I just got sony vegas pro 11 in my hands, but mostly it crashes.
after it crashes, it says something about " No registred JIT debugger was specified. Click on retry to have the process wait while attaching a debugger manually. Click on cancel to abort the Jit debug request."

I was wondering was JIT debugger was and how i could solve this problem
