Vegas Pan/Cropping help

Is there any guide for panning and cropping on sony vegas? What I'm looking for is great techniques a good ways to use it. Since, I'm pretty much a noob with it.

that really depends on specifically what you want to do

i dont think that there are any "general" guides specifically for vegas, but its always worth looking throught the stickie
