Overall it's good. I just need to nit pick on mistakes and what can be better.
Technicals:
-The AR is wrong. Ergo Proxy is wide screen (16:9) so your resolution should be 848x480 and set the pixels to be 1.000 (square)
-The footage needs some cleaning. Try things to remove the noise. In AVIsynth, use vaguedenoiser or removegrain. Some deen would work well on it. Then you may need a light sharpener on it.
-I caught some blended frames in some clips. In vegas, make sure to disable resample on any clips in which you changed the speed or added any motion to.
-WMV is a really bad file. There's a general quality loss that comes with it and file sizes are big for no reason. A 1 minute long video should not be 40 MB. You say you have problems rendering out in Vegas, so I'm going to assume that you dont know how to properly compress your video. I don't usually render out a video that I'm going to distribute online straight from vegas. You should render out an AVI uncompressed or one that is compressed with a Lagarith or Huffy Codec. These are generally big files and are not meant for playback. Take this file into Zarxgui via AVIsynth to get an H264 MP4 or put it into VirtualDubMod and compress it into an Xvid AVI with Lame MP3 audio.
Editing:
Generally the editing was good and I liked it for the most part.
-Because of the nature of the song you should look into extending some of the fades a couple frames. Avoid hard cuts in the slower parts of the song.
-:46 is one of those hard cuts that should be avoided. In general, that clip doesnt stay there long either. Put in more of that shot or find a way to avoid letting the camera go to a different shot.
-Once the chanting starts, you do well to capture the the change of the music with the scene choice/effects. First, I recommend adjusting the scene changes to sync up with the chanting. Second, you should delay the scene that comes in at :48 until the song changes at :52 because the nature of the footage doesnt match up with the feel of that part of the song like the two other parts before. The other scenes are dark and dirty, whereas that scene is bright, clean and has more action going on. There also isnt much sync going on at this part. Syncing here can really add dramatic effect to the video. You should sync there.
Generally, I thought that it was good and it shows potential. I hope to see the final product soon.
As for my op. I'm going to be releasing a video within the next couple of days and would like to save it for that one if you dont mind.
