What the holy hell Simpson...? That video is encoded horrably. It uses uncompressed audio, and the Divx encoding has only 17 I frames threw the entire file. My computer nearly choked and died trying to consume that.
I'm re-encoding it to Xvid with a few hundred more I frames and MP3 audio and dropping the resolution from 720x480 to 512x384.
And BTW, 720x480 is a D1 resolution, you should use 640x480 an SVGA resolution. D1 is ment for televisions, as TV pixils are rectangles, not squares like on a PC. :p So from now on, keep a 4:3 ratio in resolution, unless encoding for something special, like a DVD, VCD, SVCD or CVD. :p
Once I'm done transcoding it'll be smaller, and then I can actually watch it....
17 I frames, what did you encode it with? @_@
