A very basic effect help

Haha I don't even know if this is considerd an effect. Basicly, I want to know how to reverse footage in Premeire CS4. I'm sure it's pretty simple, I just can't find out how to do it. Any help?

Reverse as in time reverse? Right click clip > Speed/Duration. From there, check 'Reverse Speed' and give the OK. :)
