How to shake video in PPRO 1.5?

Postby vemalas » Thu Sep 10, 2009 4:29 am

How the title says.
It would be great to know how to shake the video at the wanted timing. Like a second or two.
And the other thing would be how to control the camera in AMV. I know it probably is done by something like motion control, and assigning keyframes to each move. But heck, i can't ind it in Premiere 1.5 effects folder.

So, how to:
1. Shake the camera by its own, like a few seconds simple effect.
2. Move the camera in any position of the video. Actually showing the movement, not just jumping to it.
3. How to zoom camera? Not just the center, but in any position of the video.

I really tried guys  But can't seem to figure it out. Help would be appreciated, you would save a lot of kitten from dying ^_^''

for the shake i make it with keyframes. select the videopart in the timeline look at the left window and click on Effectsettings(hope it is called in english like that) then you should scale up the video. Next step you go to Movement and click on the clock so you set your first keyfame, next you go some frames forward and then take the pic and move it. so you get a new keyframe. make this more times and play, the video shakes.
With the camera move its like the same. and zoom is the scale. hope it helps a little bit

Thanks it helped a lot now i know where's the motion controls. The thing is i can't set any keyframes, they are just gray, and i cant press them.

Steps i do:
Expand the left bar. I see there some options, i just Turn "Show Keyframes" on, and then options on my video appear. That is Motion and Opacity. I go to motion and press Scale. Then i can move the camera. I zoom to the face, and now i should put the keyframe, because i want the camera to move to the left side now. But i cant seem to place them. Any ideas?

Thank you.

Click on the stopwatch first. It's the clock-like symbol on the left. After that, you'll be able to set keyframes.
