Is there a way to invert a rotoscope?

This may sound silly, but I accidentally selected all the parts of a clip I actually wanted gone. Realizing what I had so stupidly done made ask the subject question to myself. Since I don't know if that is possible I was hoping maybe someone here knows or could tell a trick that might fix that. I'm using Sony Vegas 8 if that helps any.

In left side of the pan\crop window. Under that you'll see a list of headings, one of which is "Path". And under that you'll see the setting "mode". Switch that from positive to negative. :amv:
