Dynamism?

I'd like to know, how would you put more energy in a fixed image or a scene without too munch energy. I know there is cams movement but I serously think that sometimes, it's just not enough X_x

Try masking around something in the scene, like a character. And scaling it up to about to about 115% (or till no portion of the original masked area is visible.) After that you could use blur on the background or foreground to give it depth of field. You scale up the BG slightly and then have the layers move in reverse direction to make a Hitchcock zoom. Or just otherwise manipulate the two.
