Hi, first of all im not sure this is the best place to post this question, but here it goes. If its not, then move it where its supposed to be.

Ok, I dont know what it is, a technique, effect, a keyboard or what ever.. but if i would had to guess, it looks like he speeds up/down to get diffrent tones, but in my opinion it looks aboslutly impossible. There must be easy way to do this.

It's just standard audio editing. You can affect the pitch of audio fairly easy in most audio editing applications, including video editing applications.
