A title Effect

Post by micktam12 » Sun Jan 11, 2009 10:58 pm

Hello,

(Im using Sony vegas)

I was woundering how to do this title effect. They mostly have it in horror movies with the ending credits.
At first you see the title really BIG and flickering fast, and when it is big there are like different letters (it is really fast so you wont notice it)
Then the title goes really small about average credit title, and it has like a blur or a light ray effect and it moves side ways but really fast (it moves any like a mm). And it also flash's

Any ideas on how to make it? I also have partical illusion if it helps me

you could modify one of the text things in PI but it shouldn't be too hard to build in vegas using opacity and pan/crop

Dude! Supernatural is awesome! <3 The best show around :3

And I know what you're talking about, maybe some blurs might help? For the flickering, make a duplicate or two of a layer, change the opacity, zoom in and bing. You can also change the place you want it to flicker to.
