Some questions about effects in APP 2

It's about few effects from SPOIL AMV. http://pl.youtube.com/watch?v=fDFFKkDlZxg < LINK if u don't have it. I would like to know if i can make this text animation from beggining and effect from 0:06 to 0:08. I also would like to know how to make this old movie effect (something like hair or wtf is it, that video isn't clear but it's "dirty") and this 3d effect from 0:18. If it can be made in Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0 Please tell me how.
