Ok What I'm Trying To Do is Copy an Window media Player Effect you Know When you Play a Song and While it Plays Is Has All Those Cool Flashy Screen Effects how Can I Do That With Sony Vegas I Was Gonna Use Screen Recorder Pro And Record It In Full Screen And Then Mix It In But It Came out all Wrong I'm Gonna Use This Effect As Part Of The Back Round Of The Video

i think your best bet is to use a screen recorder i suppose... be sure to check the framerate on the recorder so that it's at a high framerate or you are going to have quality issues..

Some of the generated backgrounds in AE look very similar to WMP visualisations

theres also some of the Media Generators tab in Sony Vegas if you play with keyframes and such you might be able to make something with it :3
