You mean the quick fades? thats created by having short clips near each other and timed with the music. fade in and out if your own vegas and opacity keyframing in After Effects (I would have no idea why you would do this in After Effects if you have premiere, vegas or something)

I'm guessing animated color curves? I was kinda able to do somewhat similar going from "highlight brights" to "reset to normal"

Equalizer what software are you using? It will help us explain and someone might even record a quick tutorial for the software package you're using.

Recorded that quickly while my oven was warming up. I realized afterwards that I forgot to mention that you obviously need to set key-frames for your values. But I'm sure you already figured that out.
