The layer "Third" as well as the layer "Second" should be disabled. As we're merely using those as trackmatte so we don't need to actually see it. Just click on the little eye on the far left of the layer to disable them.

Right, that looks better actually, but the problem still remains sadly

is it enough with the project file without the files used in the composition ?
