ok so ive been trying to figure out how to make these two effects for a while, now i turn to the experts, YOU. haha. ok so first off is paint splatter, ill give an example below.

I HAVE SONY VEGAS 9 AND AFTER EFFECTS AND ALSO I USE PAINT.NET but i dont have photoshop so is there a way to do it without it?

Im pretty sure the paint splatter is made with AE
Since i have this friend that uses AE and he made a similar efect to that,not quite the same but it looked as if .. xD and so on i think that its made with After Efects - there was this intro template with the efect too! Search it up and it might give you some idea if you open it in After efects.
