How to do a rounded edge rectange border?

How do you do the rounded edge border? Photoshop? & I have SV Pro 8.

You can use simple masking at event pan/crop.

Or some plug-in newblue has now.

usually, you add "soften edging" .. the rest is quite simple:

make a ball; draw up & over to the next location .. continue.
make the center transparent.

place picture [Movie] behind it and your good.
