How do I do this cool coloring shadow effect where it looks like everything looks like it's in another dimension?

Those are just inverted colors.

Oh man, I'm having a problem. I tried the invert color thing you said to make everything look even coooler by doing it 2 times, but it only maked everything look normal again. What did I do wrong?

Whoa hold up, your doing it wrong. Try it two more times, and make sure you have radial blur applied or else the colors won't work.
