cookie cutter effect?

cookie cutter effect?

on 00:13 -00:14 the effect appears ,is it done by cookie cutter?
i don't think you can get such thin lines from cookie cutter

It is, you go to cookie cutter and choose the Square, and then play with the settings, repeat y to 10 and change the size to 0.030. VERY EASY. Oh and everything else should be either 0 or 1
