here in this video,it starts at 00:07 you can see the reflection.i am wondering how it's done..

Well to get THAT reflection you put a copy of the clip into another track and then in the new track you move the clip down so that it is just under the original, flip the clip horizontally and vertically, and finally change the transparency.

It's not a very nice reflection though, so you may want to clip the vertical of the reflection so that the reflection doesn't show the whole image, use a graduated mask so that the reflection seems to "drop off" the further away it gets (depending on you editor you may not need a mask - it may have a filter for this), and finally feather the edges to soften it a bit.
