WHAT THE HELL WAS IT CALLED

Ok, so some years ago I remember seeing a relatively famous Asian spoof. The plot is that some ordinary guy gets constantly waylaid by a group of Power Rangers-style heroes who claim that he's an evil genius.

As the show runs on, eventually the guy actually starts believing his own hype. It's very funny and I can't remember what it's called or Google it up :S
