Does all Canadian alcohol have the line about being brewed under the supervision of the Canadian government?

Because if not, I'm marveling over the fact that we have socialist whiskey in the house right now.

Will somebody answer the damn question so that I may confirm whether or not this is socialist whiskey?

Try this.

From what I read, most things get labels like that so to

"Protect Canadians from preventable health risks
Protect consumers through a fair and effective food, animal and plant regulatory regime that supports competitive domestic and international markets
Sustain the plant and animal resource base
Contribute to the security of Canada's food supply and agricultural base, and
Provide sound agency managemen"

LOL current PM is Steven Harper :x, the one before him was Paul Martin.

It's the same distiller as Black Velvet. It is a product of Canada.

We don't have Northern Light in BC. Could be export only.

What's with calling Canada communist?

I mean, that's not rude of offensive or anything, it's really just pointless and stupid.

Oh so our government likes us enough to look after us and that makes it communist?

Then that by definition makes the US more communist than the USSR ever was while it was around. I mean, look at all the things the US government forces on Americans these days. Americans can't currently fart without being restricted in some way with how they do it (so you have your farting papers in order?).

Now granted some of the things our government runs are run inefficiently and ineptly and expensively. Thats the nature of government though. Bureaucrats, they love to make simple things complicated.
