The Stick of Truth. I originally wasn't going to get the game but after watching so many play throughs on YT I decided it looked like fun. And it is. Took me 5 hours to complete day 1, but when you're doing a crap ton of side quests and grabbing shit all over the place it makes sense.

Diablo 3 (yes, I know...I'm behind...but I'm just now able to run it, lol).

Kinda easy-mode right now due to the 50% XP bonus they have going on until RoS hits, but damned if it isn't a shitload of fun to jump into a horde of monsters and turn your character into a rage-fueled blender. And Blizzard's cinematics are always fun to watch. They seriously need to get those guys making a Diablo movie with that kind of attention to detail in every scene.

FFX HD. Still one of my fav battle systems. Being able to play on my ps3 and earn trophies makes it worth the replay.

"My name is Lo Wang!"

"And you go "bang, bang." How's that workin' out for ya?"

I may just have to pick up the full version if the rest of the game is as ridiculous as the demo.

I've been switching between Pokemon Pearl and Fallout: New Vegas for the past few days.

A few weekends ago I was in a beta weekend for Elderscrolls Online, so I got to try that out a bit; was not super impressed with it. I wouldn't pay full price for it, much less a $15/month subscription fee.

Just finished playing an awesome indie puzzle game called Ether One. Kind of in the spirit of Myst, but the puzzles are a little less "click until you make levers work". I definitely recommend it for people who are into that kind of thing.

Was playing Crazy Taxi earlier for a bit of a nostalgia-trip. Forgot how much I love that game.

R-Type Final. Wondering how long until the usual fatigue with this game sets in and I just put the ships on invincible to chew through the time needed to unlock some of them. It wouldn't be so bad if there was more level branching to add variation. But no, 4 levels that are always exactly the same, 1 level that's simply different hot/cold variants, three ending routes that are always exactly the same, and an extra level sandwiched into the middle that only happens if you defeat the level 3 boss with Cross The Rubicon. It gets so boring after a while, and the huge array of different ships is not enough to stave that off.
