It's fire emblem, you'll be fighting a bunch of battle while trying to not get your mages and pagasus knights massacred.GloryQuestor wrote:
In contrast to this was the Fire Emblem: Awakening free demo, which offered no customization other than gender and two game battles in way of demonstrating gameplay. While I like the 3D in FE: A, I was really disappointed that I couldn't try out any more aspects of the game unlike with EO4's (and many other) demos.

Playing mostly Leauge of Legends and Skyrim mods, but I'm trying to move on to FE:Awakening (great game, btw). I've also got a copy of Ni No Kuni which has yet to be touched. ;___;

I know I'm late to the party, but Bastion is pretty awesome.

Re: What are you playing?
Blasted my way through all of the difficulty modes in DmC, except for the final mission in Hell and Hell, which I can't do without getting hit at least four times. Today, I got the Vergil's Downfall DLC, which is basically just more of the same thing so far. Not bad, but not great, although I would like to note now that the cutscenes are UGLY AS HELL in this gritty, artsy style, and the production team is just fucking lazy to not do real CGI animation. Make no mistake, this was not an artistic choice. This whole DLC has been shadowed with production issues from the start of development, and this was just another way to cut corners.
Continuing to trudge my way through Tomb Raider 2013 (or Resident Raider 4: Now with More Estrogen, if you prefer), and although I am still very irritated at how un-Tomb-Raider-like this is, I am slowly calming myself and trying to appreciate the game on its own merits.
...but if Lara takes one more dive down a cliffside and comes out right as rain and smelling like roses, I may scream.

Finished Strange Journey, not sure if I want to move on to Persona 2 or just wait for Soul Hackers. I guess I'll work on my no death/no free battle run of Devil Survivor Overclocked.
