About the fire that happened

I already mentioned it in the journal.

One of the worst tragedies in my country. 355 confirmed right now :(

Nor to mention that all the doctors of my city reached an agreement point and went to Comayagua in order to help our comrades from that city. I even had to take the decision: stay in SPS and ignore the situation, or going directly to Comayagua. I even have to request a return back to the Red Cross so that I could enter into the prison in search of survivors. One of the painful experiences I ever had to live.

But this tragedy could have been avoided :nono:
Unfortunately politicians don't care

Man... Even for criminals, that's a terrible way to go. :(

Honestly, i don't even read that as "bad news", i wish all the prisons in the UK would be burned, especially the pedo units and such.

I was hearing this on a BBC news segment, and one of the reporters was asking about the overcrowding, and the guy who he was interviewing changed the subject and blamed it on whoever started it

Its also one of those awkward problems where you have to keep reminding everyone that "hey, they're still people..." sorta the opposite of those dancing prisoners where you have to keep reminding everyone that they're in there for a reason

the funny situation is:

The prisoners that died, and are sent to Comayagua prisons in theory are the dangerous ones, but from what we have searched in the history of them, t¿some of them steal like...... a chicken? a plant? and me: o.o

And the curious: The guy that killed 7 people in a day was translated before the fire O.o

Yeah, some people will come saying: This is not bad it's good because they are in jail, others with the idea they are humans, stuff like that. But at my case unfortunately I can't support the first idea. After all I'm supposed to save lifes since that's what I studied for

I think it's also stupid to suggest that all criminals are worthless and deserve to die :/ In many cases, they are just people who've made some bad choices or ended up in bad circumstances in life. Prison in the modern sense isn't supposed to be a place where they're punished - but rather a place where they are hopefully reformed. So, something like this is a tragedy by definition.
