I stumbled on http://www.humanmetrics.com/cgi-win/jtypes1.htm a while ago. Took it, got my result, looked through the descriptions and generally agreed. Fun was had, but I can make it more fun by dragging you guys into it.
so...
-take the test
-report your result here
-discuss how well you think it has you pinned
-don't cheat by going back and changing a few answers to change your result
-you can skip up to 2 questions
-please start your post by putting your type in bold and size=150
a little extra:
-your typology 'opposite' is the one with the first and last letters inverted (with the middle two the same). For example, my opposite would be ENTP. Not to be confused with the inverse/anima (which would be ESFP for me).
You can find out more about which types are what to you by looking up your type at http://typelogic.com/ and scrolling to the bottom
(if you do that, this page might also come in handy)
INTJ
Myself, I got INTJ. From what I recall, the descriptions and career predictions match me pretty well. There were a few points I'd disagree with, but when there's only 16 such personality types...that's not too much of a surprise.
I'd have to do it again to be more specific (I'll prolly do it again in a bit).
+edit:
ok, took it again, got INTJ again (50% 25% 88% 95%)
Famous INTJs are Lance Armstrong, Peter Jennings, Hillary Clinton, JFK and more
one particular part of the description kinda worries me
D:Personal relationships, particularly romantic ones, can be the INTJ's Achilles heel
also...
I don't think I'm a natural leader at all...I've been in some management positions before, and I don't think I'm that good at it (though part of that may just be my self-criticizing nature).INTJs thus develop a strong confidence in their ability and talents, making them natural leaders.
I think this pretty much sums up how I feel about leadership (especially with my senior design team last year)
P.S. This doesn't represent my feelings about org administration (past or present), or explain why I became a mod in the first placeMasterminds are not at all eager to take command, preferring to stay in the background until others demonstrate their inability to lead.
