it's really not that bad at a glance. it's only really bad cause she's talking about an "ethnic" group.
I can kinda see how one might get annoyed by someone talking on their cell phone in the library.

But of course posting a video on youtube complaining about Asians on their cellphones in the library is ridiculous, and anyone who gets annoyed by someone trying to find out if their loved ones are alive has no place in that school. These people just faced a major catastrophe, the death toll is massive. While she may have the right to post the video, it is completely unwarranted, and extremely insensitive.
