Re: POKEMON
I actually like a lot of the new pokemon. I don't like Mr. Trashbag or Mr. Ice Cream, but the rest a really neat in my opinion.
EDIT: NS, Black is less gotten because it has the LAMEST version exclusives. White has the best [statistically speaking] pokemon to offer.

Re: POKEMON
Getting a NDS tomorrow or on friday along with 21 games from my bud. Among those "Pokemon: Dimond" and "Pokemon: Heart Gold" are included.

Re: POKEMON
I got caught in all the hype and decided that I might buy it.
However, after playing pokemon white at a friends house. I've decided that I'm not getting it.
When you enter the battle phase, your pokemon look pixelized beyond belief. Im surprised people have not complained.
Aside from that, whenever you walk around the areas, I notice a small but distracting vertical cut (best way I can describe it)
that shows up at random times and can be seen mostly on buildings.
I know I shouldn't care about these things but I do

Re: POKEMON
I personally don't mind the lack of resolution in the back sprites. More res would have been welcome, but as it stands it reminds me of the Gen I back sprites, so it has its own nostalgia value to me, hence why I prolly don't hate it.
As for the tearing (I'm assuming that's the vertical cut you noticed), I didn't notice any. I did however notice that some places seem to have slowdowns in the overworld. That still goes at 30fps like in gen IV. I do love that battles and other 2D menu stuff is 60fps though, back to what made gen 3 RSE fast and awesome.
Anyway, I'd still say that the back sprites and the slowdowns in certain points of the map are nothing but small gripes that don't really affect my enjoyment for the game, and I'm still hyped up even after 100 hours of gameplay, so that must mean something.
