If it's not your first language, yes. 83

I'm learning French but I can't think of anything interesting to say. :L

I know enough basic spanish to allow me to serve as an "ignorant american" should I ever have to ask any basic questions. Lol!

Although I studied their grammar extensively, so I can do pretty dang well with a dictionary. XD

I do, however, wish I could learn another useful language such as Chinese. But I don't have the time/energy to do it, and the only speakers in my profession that I will be around is Hispanic and English, so it's not practical to learn.

If you're planning on learning Mandarin you're going to have to put up with the bullshit simplified characters they're doing these days because they don't have the funds to educate all the hick farmers who live in China up to the standard of traditional characters.

Also it's a form of governmental thought control. By changing the language the masses read they are unable to read old books that have not been sanitized for consumption.
