It's a costume for some indie film stuff I'm doing this summer. Infact, I'm not even standing infront of those ambulances, I'm standing infront of a green screen in a television studio. However the ranks on my shoulders, the 'Paramedic' with the one white line (Which indicates a skill level of 'Primary Care Paramedic') were given to me by a real paramedic to use.
