Having trouble falling asleep before 8am. Waking up nearly around the time it gets dark. It takes a lot of sleeping medication to get me to sleep at all too.

One of my kittens died today. She had been sick and would not eat or even move. It was expected she would but I feel upset and I don't know...

I'm trying to let it sink in before I move on. I realize that these are things we can't control but being upset about it is a natural thing. I think death itself is upsetting. Of course, it's natural but if you're attached to another person or living being then it's only natural to feel upset too, right? Also the 'lol' at the end did not help.
