Last time I needed to get a new pair of jeans, it was because what I was wearing didn't fit. My old ones were too small.

I walked out of the store then with some waist 42, relaxed fit.

Today when I decided I needed to get a new pair of jeans, it was because what I was wearing didn't fit. My old ones were too big.

I walked out of the store today with some waist 34, straight cut.

I guess losing 60 pounds will do that eh?

Dude. I did the same thing not even a couple of weeks ago. I'm back to 36...and now those are a bit loose.
Hell yeah.

Today is Friday, and I'm gonna draw, a lot. And tomorrow I'm gonna sleep in, then draw, a lot more.

Then, I'm gonna go get new tires for my car since my old ones lasted quite a bit longer than their 40k rating, and sit at the coffee shop and write, a lot.

Went in to talk about my next teaching gig (that I mentioned getting before), and it's all looking really good. The course I'll be teaching next term sounds pretty awesome, but what also made me very happy is the mention of "next few years". I would be completely okay with that

Lappy suddenly is working perfectly again with the exception of some sticky keys that I can clean up easily. Also, they FINALLY fixed our garbage disposal so the apartment doesn't smell like rotting food anymore!


Now if I can just stop feeling miserably sick, we'll be good.

Got an e-mail from the employer I interviewed with a few weeks back. Asked me for my salary requirement.

On the outside, I'm calm and level headed that it doesn't mean anything, and not much might ever come out of it.

On the inside, I am screaming like a fourteen year old girl at a Justin Beiber concert. (Or I guess you can picture me as my current avatar at work)
