Food thread!

Last nights homemade mexifoodz with lots of leftovers:

Chicken taquitos, mexican rice, and guacamole, I only made the guacamole though but I halped.

THIS IS SCRUMPTIOUS.

^ That picture made me have Mexican a few days ago. D: I craved it so bad after seeing it.

Tonight's dinner. Round Steak Pinwheel with Swiss cheese and spinach with a side of garlic mashed potatoes. (Apples not included). Granted, there probably should have been some kind of vegetable, but eh. Also, I know it looks a bit burnt, but that was a the cheese. XD; It was delicious~

I'm currently baking pies. At 1am.

Well....they're sort of pies. I'm making mini-pies in my cupcake pans. So instead of one large pie, I'll have a dozen single serving pies. I'm making blackberry, strawberry and apple. King Pwolf will be pleased. I will post pictures later, when the sun comes out. >_>

This was my present for my best friend on her birthday.

(Ignore the toothpicks - they were for keeping the foil cover off of the whipped cream. Also, I had a perfect candle and totally forgot to stick it in.)

But of course, I felt bad about giving her something she wouldn't be able to keep, so I got my mom to help me with a little something else...
