Well, I suggest cuitting down the amount of entires to say 2 or 3 per person would help resolve that. I don't see the point of having up to 8 accpeted entires... As for the quality, I think there needs to be minimum rules on that or else everyone will think it's just fine to include Dvix logos, crappy encodes, etc.. Actually having the rules there gerts the creator who does that to LEARN and IMPROVE so your actually helpign them in some ways.
I try to help out, fix aspect rations, encodes, etc as much as I can for my contests, but I think if your going to edit, you need to learm the basics including basic quality.
