I wasn't that happy since I was born :D Well, to be honest I didn't expect it, cos it was the first competition that I took part and this wining is the first thing that I ever won in any competition in my live :) I'm rly glad.

Same for me, this was the first competition I ever entered...I'm especially shocked that I won Best Newcomer...Given that you won Best Overall Sayco, I would have sworn you would have taken Best Newcomer as well as a result.

It was a matter of sharing prizes in a way. You both scored about the same, but I thought the combined total of the elements used in the Transformers AMV being best technical and encompassing so many other traits in one AMV got it overall. But I thought Chihiros Broken until... excelled in it's chosen field better and I was blown away by the emotional effect a first timer could have on an audience, when I first played it to a crowd one guy ended up in tears.

Well thank you very much, I really appreciate it. Only one person I was able to bring to tears for that AMV, so I'm blown away that I could bring anyone else to tears for it. BTW, on your forums, you are free to upload my video for viewing as you see fit once credit is given (either to here on a-m-v.org or my youtube account), I don't have that specific version on that AMV up on Youtube (I do have So Alive on there though), have a more preliminary version on there, which is 90% the same.
