Do you know if these things have tracking numbers? Then I could figure out where it's been stalled.

I'll find out as soon as I can. I had to make another business trip to Orlando this week, so I haven't been in contact with our chair. This strikes me as a significant problem (as these items were shipped 18 days ago - it shouldn't take that long to get anywhere even taking the 3 "holiday" no-ship days) that i'll do my best to get to the bottom of.

I got a package in today.......guess what it was? !!Not a trophy!! XD

Still though, Bashar is right. It shouldn't take this long. The spot I cleared for my trophy is already starting to collect dust.

Still nothing here, Bashar. And I have been receiving other packages in the mail, so it's not that they're not getting through.

I'm having an exceedingly difficult time getting in touch with our con chair to figure this stuff out (to the point where i'm ranting quite a bit on our staff forums). I hope i'll have an answer soon - i'm sorry about all of this.

Hey, no worries. I know what it's like for people around this time of year. I wasn't nagging, just letting you know they hadn't arrived. Hopefully somebody thought to send them with a tracking number.

So it turns out there was a problem with shipping and since the return address on all our packages was our con's PO box, they got returned to the post office there some time ago. If I understand correctly, the post office failed to mention this to anyone until recently - and we don't make frequent trips to our PO box 11 months before the next con date, so...

I was told the reshipment was supposed to happen today - i'll update when I learn if it, in fact, did.

Hey, that's good news. Thanks for letting us know, Bashar. I can now dust off my place again and hopefully expect it to arrive within 2 weeks? XD It will get here when it gets here....but I want it now XD.....I'm still kinda excited about my first con trophy though. Means I did something that people liked. XD
