Yes, but it'll cost slightly more then the price of postage, otherwise the con gets nothing from you. If you were here we'd get your registration fee, if you entered we'd get an entry fee, but just paying postage wouldn't help us pay the massive venue hire costs Although then again, if we only charge $5-$10 on top of the postage you could end up with an extremely cheap boxset or whatever the prize is.
