If your video is uploaded or postmarked before the contest date which it wins an award then it would be allowed in the contest because you had no prior knowledge of the video winning an award. However if it wins multiple awards in that short time frame then I'll have to consult with the other judges about it. Cases like these are rare.

Thanks for the input. FTP is not one of my specialities and I have to get in touch with staff about doing something like that. However these sites will work too as long as your quality does not suffer.

That's great to hear I'm looking forward to the submissions also I'm working on the prizes right now and getting some stores to sponsor the amv contest. So hopefully there will be a good amount of prizes this year. I'll keep you all up to date on that.
