The f***ing point is that why save in a big 50 mb or over file when it can be 5 times less and not that much less quality. RM files are compressed and the quality is better than an mpg would be at that size. Lower files sizes means faster upload, download and that means people see it faster. And it is better for people who have LIMITED bandwidth and space to host on a website. Plus, with MPEG people can steal the clips or the entire music video for that matter and call it their work

lol.....And what would stop people from doing it on Real Media?...That was a lame thing to say cause no matter what RM or Mpeg anyone can claim anyones work theirs...All you gotta do is edit out the bumpers...but it they have a logo while the video playing that may be a problem....

Not much less? The audio sounds like someone recording himself farting in a can as opposed to music. And the video appears as a slideshow with a lot of big squares, how is this not much less?

I'll say it again here: if you're so worried about compression, file size and would like to avoid this wall of resistance to your chosen file format, why not try WMV? Works a treat in Windows Media Player.

You're going to have a lot more luck releasing in WMV than getting us to use Real Player.

Why the hell would someone want to steal total shit? Is there someone out there stockpiling shit for the apocalypse? Is shit a hot commodity these days? Is someone gonna mug me in a dark alley and say "Your feces or your life!"? This is confusing me! Explain to me why?

ssj2gohan: You use other peoples clips in your videos?...That's jacked up..

Punks like him piss me off....That's really fuc*ed up when people do that...Taking clips from downloaded episodes/movies is all right but from someone else's video is just wrong...

What, you mean like Hideaki Anno's or Shinichiro Watanabe's videos? :D

Just trying to keep it all in perspective...

First off, use the quote button next time. Second off, don't post on other's accounts. Third off, watch a high quality video and compare to RM, go into the actual animemusicvideos.org site and d/l any non-dbz video over 50 megs and just marvel at the quality difference. MY vids are all mpg and they look MUCH better in mpg then RM.
