Thanks Anneke for getting the basic results up so quickly.

And for hosting the AMV-panel which I thought went really well! There's interest out there!!

There are a few corrections to your list, most importantly being that the Judge's Artistic went to "For Love and Peace" with "Possession" being a runner up in that category, and the Audience Favorite was a tie vote between MYT3000 and Possession.
Here are the official results:
24 entries from 12 artists, coming from across the United States and two entries from Brazil.

The viewing of the contest went incredibly well, with the video room filled to literally overflowing! (There were about 120 people at the start of the AMVs and more and more people kept coming in for the first half-hour of the showing. I think we ended up with almost 200-odd people in there -- which is about half of the whole attendee-count!) (Towards the end, I had a report from a staffer that the dance upstairs was just about deserted because they were all down watching the vids!) In the audience voting, there was not a single video that didn't have at least some votes from people for a "Best" category! We had some *awesome* vids this year, and I wished we could give them all awards!
Pop Idol Antics by T-chan was one of the entrants, and it did definitely get audience votes in its category. The submissions this year just happened to be a very awesome set and it was *very* hard to make the decision. The only category that had a "sweep" for the audience awards was "Possession" in Drama -- all the other categories divided out their votes among all the vids shown. In Comedy, MYT3000 had the most (I think ~30), and then was Suichi's Question and Yaoi-Busters running almost neck and neck just under (~20 each). The other comedies (Shuuichi's Back, Pop Idol Anitcs, Grow Up!, and Hanagata and Otaru) all got their fair share of the audience votes as well. (And the audience could only vote for one in each category, so that really shows how good all the vids were!)
Due to the overwhelming popularity of *all* the videos, all submissions will be listed on the Yaoi-Con website with creator links for url and email addies.
Smiles!
