Somethign new we are trying with the AMV contest this year is we are going to do it MTV-VJ style rather than the typical string of videos with only a 10 second bumper as a transition. We're hoping it will be a fun way to get it done.
Rules are on our website at http://www.kazecon.com under the events section. If you have any questions drop a line ot the department head for that or you can ask me. I am probably person to go to as far as technical issues while Dave is the guy to ask about the contest itself.
If someone needs help with getting a submission in (as in their burner just died since this year we do not have an ftp) let me know and i will arrange for something. Best advise I have is avoid divx encodes since when i go to re-encode them it will lose quality.
And we just got confirmed on our grand prize for the contest being a brand new DVD-R drive and some disks to start with.

If you have any problems submitting your video for any reason let me know and I can make arrangements.
