submitting a video

im still kinda new to the AMV scene and while its been a couple months since i released Naru's Monday Morning, I've just been too busy to even think about AMV's

but it was suggested to me that I submit it to a con, but i donno where to start with that, also, do you have to attend? or can u just send one in,

Go to the website of the con you want to send it to. Their rules will be there. Most of the time, as far as I know, you don't have to be there.
