Anime Boston 2017 AMV Contest - Winners on page 2!

Hi everyone,

I thought I had posted a thread when submissions opened, but work was insane and I apparently didn't, my apologies.

Anime Boston's AMV contest is returning for its 15th year, and submissions are open!

The rules are mostly the same as last year. The changes worth highlighting:
Video quality rule: Videos with significant quality issues will be disqualified outright, rather than being shown at the prescreening and in Overflow
Some clarification on how we handle recategorizing videos

Deadline is February 17th at 11:59PM Eastern Standard Time, so you've got a month left to submit.

Also, our Hentai AMV contest is back again. The additional rules are at the bottom of the main contest rules. We currently have no entries in this contest and we'd hate to have to cancel it.

Thanks to everyone who's already submitted, and we look forward to seeing what everyone else has to offer, too.

There's just one week left to submit, so get your videos in soon!

We've got a lot of great entries so far, but can always use more, especially in the Trailer/Commercial and Comedy/Fun categories.

Also, we still don't have any entries in the Hentai contest yet. The deadline for that is March 17th, so you've still got some time there. We'd really like to give away the Golden Tentacle again this year, so please send us some entries.

Thanks to everyone who's submitted so far, and I can't wait to see what we get this week.
