AMV-France Online Contest - Rebirth Deadline: October 31st 2015
Good morning/evening everyone,
This year, AMV-France brings back an old contest from the distant past... A contest tied with no offline event, a contest which only takes place on the net and which was formerly attractive thanks to some of his particular rules... Here is the comeback of the Online Contest.
Why Rebirth? Because it has been put aside since the second edition and no news ever since. But today, AMV-France gives it a new youth to offer more challenge and to finally offer a pure ONLINE contest. Forget Japan Expo for a bit please.
- Rules -
. No theme will be imposed, let your imagination run freely
. The video's length cannot be under 2min
. The video must be made exclusively for this contest
. The following containers are allowed: .avi, .mp4, .mkv
. Your amv cannot exceed 500Mo unless there is a valid reason
. Your amv cannot feature logo, subtitles and such (unless it is part of the video's concept) . Your amv cannot feature any intro or outro
You read well, neither intro, neither outro, neither any hint which could reveal who made this amv. This contest is supposed to be anonymous. You read well again, COMPLETELY ANONYMOUS. Thus, nobody will be able to say the name had a role, because the judges will not know who made what. However, the reverse holds true, the contestants will not know who the judges are either, why can't they be anonymous too? Any amv featuring an intro, outro or hints about its author will simply be disqualified. . Contestants can send one amv and one MEP
You have more freedom because you are not limited to only one amv by person but you can also send an amv and a MEP. Each editor will be able to enter twice at most. People taking part in a MEP, even if they did not send it themselves, will still be accounted as a double participation to avoid any abuse. The MEP must also be an exclusivity.
. The amvs must not be uploaded publicly online before the end of the contest
First, because that would ruin the anonymity, but moreover we will show the creditless versions ourselves through the AMV-France website. You will then be able to see them without having to wait for the end of the contest and the results. And it might be fun to see who guessed the right editors at the end! . The deadline is October 31st 2015
- Other Information -
The diffusion of the amvs will be continuous with 2 or 3 amvs per day. It will start when enough amvs are sent. If the number of videos fails to reach our expectations, the diffusion will consist of only 1 or 2 amvs per day. We will use an exclusive YouTube channel dedicated only to the Online Contest. The top 5 will be uploaded (with credits, of course) on the AMV-France chennel, from 5th to 1st place.
There will be 3 to 5 judges maximum, depending on the volunteers. Besides, you will send your amv to the host of the contest, i.e. Cross, because he will be the one to upload the amvs/MEPs on YouTube (he will neither take part in the contest, nor be a judge). Moreover, a viewer's prize will be awarded to the video with the most "likes" on YouTube.

Buenos días / tardes a todos,
Este año, AMV-France traerá de vuelta un antiguo concurso del pasado…. Un concurso que sólo tendrá lugar en la red (online), el cual era considerado atractivo gracias a algunas de sus reglas particulares… Esta es la vuelta del Online Contest.
¿Por qué “Rebirth” (Renacimiento)? Porque el concurso quedó aparcado después de la segunda edición, sin noticia alguna al respecto. Pero esta vez, AMV-France vuelve a darle vida para ofrecer un evento de más desafío, y finalmente un concurso ONLINE, que no tiene nada que ver con la Japan Expo.
-Reglas -
• No se impondrá ninguna temática en especial, para así puedas dar rienda suelta a tu imaginación
• El vídeo no debe de tener menos de 2 minutos de duración
• El vídeo debe de estar creado exclusivamente para este concurso
• Son permitidos los siguientes formatos: Avi. Mp4. Mkv.
• El tamaño de tu AMV no debe superar los 500Mb sin una razón válida y claramente explicada.
• Tu AMV no puede contener ningún logo, subtítulos… a no ser que sea parte del concepto del vídeo
• Tu AMV no puede incluir ningún intro o outro
Has leído bien, ni outro ni intro, no se debe incluir nada que pueda revelar quién ha sido el creador del vídeo participante. Este concurso es anónimo, COMPLETAMENTE ANÓNIMO. Por lo que nadie puede incluir ningún detalle, que pueda hacer que los jueces lleguen a reconocer al creador de los vídeos que participan en el concurso. Aunque, los concursantes tampoco sabrán quiénes son los jueces, ¿por qué no pueden ser ellos anónimos también? Cualquier amv que incluya un intro, outro o pistas de quién ha podido ser el autor sará descalificado
• Los concursantes sólo pueden enviar un vídeo y un MEP (2 vídeos)
Tendrás más libertad porque no estarás limitado a sólo un amv por persona, podrás enviar un amv y un MEP. Cada editor podrá participar con dos vídeos como máximo, incluidas las personas participantes en los MEPs que no hayan sido enviado por ellos. El MEP también debe de ser exclusivo.
• Los amvs no deben ser subidos públicamente online antes del final del concurso
Si esto ocurriera arruinaría el anonimato, nosotros subiremos los vídeos sin créditos a la página web de AMV-France. Ahí podrás ver todos los vídeos participantes sin tener que esperar hasta el final del concurso y los resultados. Será divertido ver si habéis acertado con los editores cuando se revelen los resultados.
• Tu AMV tiene que ser enviado antes del 31 de Octubre del 2015
- Información adicional -
La exhibición de los amvs será continua, con unos 2 o 3 amvs por día. Empezará cuando se hayan enviado una cantidad suficiente de amvs. Si el número de vídeos participantes no llegan a nuestras expectativas, la exhibición será sólo de 1 a 2 vídeos por día. Usaremos un canal exclusivo de Youtube dedicado al Online Contest. El Top 5 será subido (con crédito al autor, por supuesto) en el canal de AMV-France del 5º al 1er puesto.
Habrá 3 a 5 jueces como máximo, dependiendo de los voluntarios. Aparte, tendrás que enviar tu amv al organizador del concurso, por ejemplo, Cross, porque él será el encargado de subir los amvs/MEPs a Youtube (él no participará en el concurso, ni formará parte del jurado).
Se recompensará con un premio del espectador al vídeo con más “Me gusta” en Youtube.
