If you didn't receive an email, then (most likely), your video was not selected as a finalist. There will be a mass email to everyone that entered about Overflow show times and locations in the coming week, once we have a schedule more firmly together.

I would think there would be more people saying the got an email and less people hinting that they didn't... like me. I'm really hoping that some huge glitch/mistake is happening right now but probably not whatever. Congratulations anonymous finalist!

I didn't get a e-mail but s'ok I am sure those who did, did an exceptional job and the amv contest will be very top notch. Just because some people including myself didn't get in doesn't mean our amvs were terrible, but that some were considered over ours. We live and learn and I am positive your amv entry(s) were great. Don't feel discouraged. There are many other cons and contests to enter and try again in the future. This isn't the end just another stepping stone.

If its a error on their part and people haven't been receiving their confirmation emails, I think they would have edited this post saying something as such. The best we can do is just wait till the con and contest rolls around and wish everyone the best of luck.
