The MTAC 2015 AMV Contests…
This year we will have the main MTAC AMV Contest and a separate Anime AMV Contest Circuit. We are adding freshness rules and award limits to the main contest, but we still want to recognize the best AMVs out there so we are going to have the 2nd contest accomplish this. The Anime Con Circuit AMV Contest is designed to showcase the top 10 / best of the best from all the cons that don’t meet the new rules in the main contest.

What can I enter?
An edited video production work featuring your choice of audio (mainly music) and any Japanese-originated anime video sources.

How many AMVs can I enter?

Entries may be disqualified for failure to adhere to the rules stated in this document, as well as for any fair and justifiable reason not foreseen in these rules. - All decisions made by the coordinator are final.

Submit / When can I enter?
Video submissions will be accepted from now until the deadline March 14th, 2015 at 12pm CDT 11:59pm CDT. A submission & FTP system is being provided this year for entering and uploading contest videos. YOUR AMV MUST BE UPLOADED BEFORE 12pm CDT 11:59pm CDT, March 14th, 2015. If you wait until the last second your video won't make it to us in time. It is recommended that you setup your account a week in advance so you have your FTP account.

To set up an account and send in your video entry:
- Go to http://contests.ngsilver.com
- Click on the "NGSilver's AMV Contest Database" picture link.
- Either click "Sign Up" to create a new account, or log in if you already have an account with the archive
- Click "Enter New Video" on the left side and then "MTAC 15"
- Fill out the video entry form
- Once you have all of your video entries in the system, click "View Entry Status".
- When the FTP account is ready, you should see the FTP information displayed below each video's entry information.
- Once the FTP information is available, you may upload your video to the contest server. If you need software for FTP uploading, we recommend you use FileZilla Client ( https://filezilla-project.org/download.php?type=client ).
- Once the files are uploaded to the server, in the Contest Database's "View Entry Status" section, click the "Close FTP Account" button below the video entry to confirm the video has been uploaded.
- Confirmation on the video's status in the contest will be provided in a separate e-mail from the contest coordinator.

If you have any question about anything above, please feel free to contact the MTAC 2015 MV coordinator.

It would be fitting if the winner of this contest used the Kill Bill anime. |:>

I'm guessing you meant 23.976 (preferred) or 29.97?

The sword and scabbard both look awesome close-up. I can't wait to see the video entries chasing after these prizes. :)
