The AMV Wars is a live Iron Chef competition that will be held in the Video/Audio Track room at Youmacon between 1pm and 4pm on Saturday of the con. Livestream of the event will be available at http://livestream.com/thisweekinamvs
This year the Champion, Compbros (DA), will take on the Challenger, Lonesaiyan115. The fierce rivalry between these two studio mates should make this battle one to remember.
Due to an agreement between the two competitors, I will not release the sources chosen for them to edit to. They requested to be left in the dark about the other editors choice. To explain, we provide 2 sources beyond the secret ingredient, 1 chosen by each editor. This brings their sources to a total of 3 to edit to. Since they do not wish to know the source chosen by the other, at this time all sources will remain a secret until the event.
As is AMV Wars tradition, the Theme that the editors will be editing to will also be a mystery. That is because the theme is chosen at the event right before the editors begin editing. The audience will provide suggestions and the best one will be chosen for the combatants to edit to. May the audience have mercy on these two poor souls.
