AKROSS Con 2014 display period contest has been started and will last until the end of the year. Every day new contest videos will be premiered on our site. Please watch and don't forget to leave your comments!

So...hm. Editors that have submitted or will submit their videos early will have them released periodically leading up to the deadline, but videos aren't actually due until December 20th-ish, correct? Because the release/deadline aspect of this contest is a little confusing.

The order of release is decided by the coordinator. You can be the first person to submit and that doesnt mean you'll be the first to premiere.

And about the final deadline: As long as you submit your video before that date it's ok, you're still able to be chosen for the finals

After a few requests for the YouTube rule of Not uploading during the contest, a modification has been made:

YOU ARE ABLE TO UPLOAD YOUR VIDEO 7 DAYS AFTER THE PREMIERE IN YOUR YOUTUBE CHANNEL

Just as you do in the org

So enjoy the contest now. I will be joining later the party

Confusing, so for sure you can't upload the entry anywhere else until it premieres at the thing in February?

Youtube and a-m-v.org ONLY, 7 days AFTER it has premiered on Akross. When Akross is over you may upload anywhere.
