Darn. There was no upload button... it was just select the video and click 'submit' on the whole form. I couldn't get the upload on the form to work, I could select a file, but no "upload" button appeared and I saw no indication that it was happening automatically, so I got annoyed, gave up, and submitted a link without reporting the problem.
